
Toyota uses G-chip and H-chip transponders in most models from 2005-present. The 4D-67 and 4D-68 chips are found in Camry, Corolla, RAV4, and Tacoma models. Newer Toyota models (2018+) use the Toyota Smart Key system with proximity sensing.
Toyota replacement keys in PSL cost $130-$300 depending on model year and key type. We carry Toyota-compatible blanks for every model and program them using the vehicle's OBD-II port.
Honda's HISS (Honda Ignition Security System) uses transponder chips specific to each model. The Honda 46 chip is the most common across Civic, Accord, CR-V, and Pilot models from 2003-2017. Newer models use Honda Smart Key with walk-away auto-lock.
Honda keys in PSL range $120-$280. Honda's security is robust but well-documented. Our programming equipment communicates directly with the Honda immobilizer.
Ford's PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System) has evolved through multiple generations. Gen 1 PATS uses a 40-bit transponder, while Gen 2+ uses 80-bit encryption. Ford Intelligent Access (push-to-start) is found on most models from 2013 onward.
